Basically it's going to be a seperate bill that charges you yearly. It will charge who evers credit card you used to access the xbox live.

I'm fairly sure it's a yearly bill anyway, I have xbox live and I think thats how it is.

It justs makes no sense to me that the first thing people do is go crawling for help. Google it. Ask.com it. Hell you could even MySpace search it. Go to the XBox 360/Xbox site and look for Live. Seems someones so spoiled he cant research.

 

Assuming you don't have some sort of crazy ISP, your Internet connection is yours to connect to what you want to. Connecting to the Xbox live servers shouldn't be any different.
