Firefox Not Loading

I just downloaded firefox today. I don't know the version but it's the one they advertise on the first page of there website. Well when I started up the browser it looked like it was loading, now 8min later it is still loading. I don't know what to do.

I'm on Internet Explorer now... If that helps

Restart your computer, go to download.com search firefox and download, the main site is busy and takes time to load and sometimes stops, if you love me you would give me credits lol.

 

no i downloaded it, it's the browser it's self that won't load.

 

Go to control panel add/remove programs remove mozilla then reinstall off download.com.

 

why off of dowload.com?

 

Because firefox has busy servers, etc. but you can use firefox.com if you want.

 

Whats the difference between getting firefox from download.com and mozilla.org? I have the same problem.

 

Mozilla servers are busy since so many people download, errors.

 

You were wrong.... all i had to do was restart my pc. thanks for trying to help though.

I know this was solved, but how would downloading the same program from a different site make it run faster? That would only increase the download speed, not loading pages.
