I say we have a pinned thread in problems/suggestions titled Have negative messages? (subtitle) Read here First Then for a message: If your messages read as a negative number (-1,-2,-2 ect.) EG: then here are a list of ways to solve it: 1. Go into File options and clear cache/cookies (internet>options for firefox) 2. go into sent messages, and hit reply, and just hit send, it should send yourself a message solving this problem immediatly. 3. get a friend to pm you. If none of those work, try rebooting and repeating these steps. If that still doesnt work, post your problem in this thread and a staff member will help you. What so your saying pin or stick it here, thats a good idea, because i've seen a few people with topics like that.
But a lot of the problems that are presented are said several times too, if you make a pin for this and then for all the other problems borught up multiple times then we'd have 100s. People just need to learn to use the Search Tool.
but, none of the newer people that get caught on this use the search tool, so this would be much easier. not much other problems are presented alot of times that can be solved to easily, and this one has specific ways to fix it, since i saw it posted like 10 times, i thought it was a good thing to post for them.
i think maybe this should be added to a FAQ cause there are many topics like this about other questions as well. Im not sure if there is a FAQ already or not bu thier should be one. Although im not sure if anyone would check it anyway though
