ACP>Skinning and Styles> Logo then put this <img src='YOUR LINK HERE' alt='' border='0' /> but replace YOUR LINK HERE with the link to the image then check the box next to, then scrool down and hit submit and make sure it says "user Replacement" on the drop down box next to the submit button
