Pay Pal Account

Wait, I live in Canada. Will I be able to use this account?
I'm fairly new to Paypal.

 

Sniper means your name will be summin else the address etc. youd be able to change the adress but itd be a real pain.Btter just making a new account.The only reason i see for buying this is the net value in the account.So you get like $14 for 1200 at the moment if you see what i mean.That and its dodgy selling the whole account.May i advise just selling the money inside etc.

You dont need to have verifyed credit card to spend...

1) have paypal contact you via phone and they will give you a confirmation code. Then you enter that into paypal and there you go its verifyed.

2) They can send you the confirmation code through mail.
(i think this is for paypal, might be for ebay, correct me if im wrong)

And plus he can always change his street adress and everything before he sells it.

I bought these before u need a credit card that is not already assocaited with a paypall account to move the money. It stays in account until u either have a bank account or cred card that can move the money elseware or u can simply resell the account to someone else.

 

Meh, when i first registered, i put in a fake number, but now ive put in my real number will i still get this call to get me verified?
