besides...I think I've seen this before...they disaproved a lot of it.

Also, the bible (new testament) is completely different from the old testament. It was made 4 centuries after christ died...yeah...really accurate.

Meh won't bother watching it. You can believe what you want to believe, but ill stick with my belief that Jesus is only another prophet delivering the message, and not the son of God.

 

I still think a lot of crap in the bible is far fetched.

 

New testiment has the works of the men who lived during jesus's time, aka his cousin John.

People aren't religious because they don't want to believe it, or think it's a crock, I'd be the latter of the two. From what I watched, it looked kind of interesting, but waaaay to long, and crappy quality.

 

I think you should LEARN about a religion before trashing it.
The whole point of Christianity is that anything is possible through God. AKA, FAITH. I for one, am really getting sick of all this, "The Bible is bs, losers." I think the Islamic religion is the most ludicrus ever created, mainly because of the HUGE similarities it holds with Christianity. If you want to debate about the muslim religion, PM me or contact me some other way.

Sure, some of the stories are hard to believe, but that's where the whole faith thing comes in. People who haven't become Christians don't understand the change that you go through. You become like a new man(or woman). Literally.

The Old Testement, is mainly historical things and prophecies. Which all came true. The New Testement is about how Jesus lived, and how he inspired men. Like Paul, Timothy, Barnabas (I think I spelled it right), James, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. There are many more of course, but that'll do. Jesus did far too much for me not to believe he was the son of God. If you don't believe he did, then I'm sorry but you have no more proof then I do that he did. I've read about it. No one has ever disproven the Bible. If you don't believe the Bible, I'm fine with that, your choice. However please do not say the Bible is bull, or that there is no way the Bible is true. You have no right, nor proof of such. The rules of the forum say you should be respectful, calling something I've devoted my whole life to, bull, is not respectful at all.

Every prophecy that is in the Old Testement did come true. The chances of that many happening to one person, Jesus, is like filling the state of Texas full of quarters two feet high. One of those quarters are marked with a red marker, blind fold someone, and them walk through all of those quarters, and find the one with a red dot on it. In other words, it isn't just chance. (I didn't make that up, the chances are actually similiar, there were over 400 Mesianic prophecies in the Old Testement. Mesianic means about Jesus)

 

Tell us what were predicted by the old testement, and how they are PROVEN to be true?
