Because as they said, if i give credits and the person no longer has them, i cant go to an admin and get them back, so im screwed.

Id ont get this, sorry im slow, if you give me lets say 300 creds. how long do i have to pay you back?

the one to keep the normal amount and .25 for the interest.

 

If you pay me within 1 week you pay me 375.
If you pay me within 2 weeks you pay me 450.
If you pay me within 3 weeks you pay me 480.
If you pay me within 4 weeks you pay me 525.
If i dont get it by then, you owe me 600 and it'll be taken by an admin.

So if by end of week 1 you dont have 375 to give me, you go onto week 2, and then by the end of that week you owe me 450. And so on. If you're really having trouble, i might be generous and allow payment in chunks

You will need to get some 1 well known to vouch for you though.
