Help Again

    i know you guys closed this because it was answered but it does have scattering.......it lets me scatter on the brush but not on the blur tool.
    it may not be 7 but i still cant get it to work.

    scattering isnt on photoshop 7, only CS & CS2

    well i dont know then, it lets me scatter my brush just not my smudge tool. It must not be version 7 then. Any way, do you know how to fix this?
