Adding A Frame To A Sig

There Must be a Tut on how to put frames on my sig but when i search i get 40 pages and i dont whant to go troo theme

 

could you elaborate plz.
do you mean like a border frame or like animation frames?

 

I mean A border .

 

To save the person a tut all you have to do is make a new layer, ctrl+A, Edit>Stroke... 1px (Pick a color) And then you have a border
