Remote Assistance?

Ok i have tried remote assistance on msn but it doesn't work, if someone else have had any problems with this and solved them i would appriciate any help

requesting remote assistance will allow another computer to acess your computer,
any half decent firewall would definately stop this.

turn your firewall off.
