I bought Madden 07 for PS2 (Hall Of Fame Edition) and the second disc comes with a few video features. One of them is the making of Madden 07 for PS3. I must say, It's a whole new game. Almoust nothing is the same compared to the curren tmadden out for PS2 AND XBO60. The PS3 motion controller will add such a nice touch to the game. When it rains puddles are gradually formed and you can see the guys jerseys getting wet. The grass, for the first time ever, is actually 3D, and sometimes and the players are running dirt will actually get kicked up into the air. I was just bewlidered by what they are doing. It's not the same tackle sounds anymore, depending on what part of the player gets hit and how her gets hit will determine the sound. Also, as the player is running depending on the surface he is running over will determine the sound his feet are making (yes you will hear footsteps). With the ball in hand, in order to dodge a receiver or juke him out, etc, you will actually have to look at him. The PS3 game will feature this and your defender has to look at the player holding the ball in order to make a play on him, you wont be able to stand behind the player and suddently jump at him because technically if your back is turned you can't see him there. All these little things will make this game so sick. There is also a full 3D crowd. Everyone in the game will be 3D, along with the fans. If you are going to buy the game, buy the Hall Of Fame edition, it's only $10 dollars and well worth it. Another thing, there is new sound for the game, along with the tackling. When the game is on the line and you need to make a touch down or something of the sort the crowd will gasp as the ball is thrown in the air. Also, my favorite feature, there will be home town announcers. No more obvious madden. If you make a good play the annoucer will go crazy, just like on tv, and if you mess up he'll find someone to blame (reffs, other team, etc) just like in the real game. The graphics are sick and every player along with coach has a facial scan. Also, there are muscle reaction, as the player is extending and contracting his joints the muscles will flex, just like in real life. There is near 40 different facial expressions I beleive. Onwe of my favorite additions is that when you call an audible the quarterback will yell it out. Alright, off to work, I'll update this with more later.
No, it's no where near. 360 is basically the same thing as PS2 with a few graphics enchancements. The developers throughout the video were sayig how they are discovering new possibilities with the graphics chip and are utalizing them. Like I say, it's basically going to be a whole different game.
Dont believe that...the 360 and the ps3 versions will be the same. They'd be no point in releasing a more improved version for just 1 format.

So either get the ps2 game version and watch the video to see what will be included and that I'm not lying or simply read what I wrote and you'll know. Simply put, the PS3 version will be nothing alike compared to the PS2 or XBO60 version. I'm just trying to inform the reads here, but if you want to be a xbox fan boy and not comprehend information because you think that system is god and must be worshipped with ignorance, then do so on your own time and in your own thread.
