All this time i've been copying the image of a render with the light blue background and useing it in a sig. I didnt know you were supposed to save it and then open it in photoshop and it would have nothing for a background. No one ever told me. im mad, DAMNIT!!! I guess when i made my first render 'when the tut said' save it as png to preserve transaprency, i never stopped to think what it meant. *sigh* -Discuss.
yeah ive done that a lot too! or i'll save a render and xit out and then open it and find out i saved it as a jpg!
you seriously thought that??!?!?!?!?? Ha ha, si did I, but I figured it out when I started using IE7 and the light blue was gone.
You could still save it as png if you had it's psd, sometimes when I rendered I just forgot and saved them as jpeg too ... so yeah you should have a psd.
Part of learning is making mistakes and learning from your mistakes. Here's another for you, moved to off-topic.
Yes you are an idiot, but for using Internet Explorer getfirefox.com You will see transparency (yes, oxymoron) instead of a light blue BG.
