Mp3 Player :s

    Hey, when i plug my MP3 player in to the comp (USB), it used to come up as a removeable harddisk in my comp and i just copy my songs into there, Now when i plug in, nothing happens, it just doesnt do anything, not even the screen it goes to on the mp3 player when its plugged it.

    I know its pretty vauge to work out, but could anybody help

    See if your usb cable still works.

    Yeah, i tryed it in the USB slot my webbys in (Webby works) Still nothing

    Theres a wire that comes with so you dont have to reach behind, i tryed with n without, still dont work (It works normally just to play)

    Umm.. What kind of mp3 player is it?

    Have you done anything to windows since last time u used it where the registry might change? (reformat, rebuild system files, etc...)

    Might need to update drivers.

    Ive tryed looking for drivers for it :(
    Umm ProLine Digital
    Model= MB-904/256MB

    Weird if its new drivers, i didnt need drivers to use before, so why would i now?

    The only thing i can think that i changed is making a virtual drive, ive uninstalled the program it was with and the drive, :( still no work >.<

    Not just windows, but have you dont anything to the MP3 player? (fireware update, etc)

    that'd be the only solution I think that would work.

    Nope, nothing to the MP3 player, Hmm ill try getting new drivers for my USB's, but can i ask, hmmm where? lol

    Search drivers for that type. Or, did your MP3 player come with some type of software? because sometimes they include drivers, or links to drivers to download, incase of something needed to be updated.

    For your USB driver , check your motherboard's model and run it on google till you find the website.

    make sure ur headphones r connected or not dunno which juz try with and without..cause ma old cheap mp3 player would play the songs on the comp if the headphones were still connected//

    Ok, ill look for new drivers then try that.

    Hmm, How do i find out my mother board model?
    In Device manager, Computer it says ACPI Multiprocessor PC

    and in My Computer Properties it says Genuine IntelĀ® 3.06GHz 1.06GHz, 512 MB of RAM
