Banning Of Pixelated Paradise

Heyy, I just noticed from reading a topic that Pixelated Paradise is banned and he owes me credits.

Couple of days ago I sold him quite a bit of tags + tutorials totalling 10,000 credits.
He was suppose to send me credits on the weekend and I am not sure if he's going to send them to me now that he's banned.

Can I get my credits please, PP knows he owes me credits.
I sold him 5 or 6 tutorials full rights because he wanted them for his site.

I trusted him because I have sold tutorials to him in the past for full rights and payment was never a problem, sad to see this happen.

Do you have any proof of the agreement? He only has 8,458 credits, so 10,000 is out of the question, but if you have proof then I suppose what he has now would go to you.

 

Is he IP banned from here? I can request him to make a new account and post that he owes me.
IP's can easily be checked to ensure that the person who posts is PP. I have him on MSN and he knows that he owes me the credits.

 

Yes he was IP banned, but even so there were a handful of IP's used on that account so it would be difficult.

 

Can you tell me a way I can prove it? Maybe a staff member can add him on MSN?
I know he has alot of GR members on his list so somebody can confirm that this is him: [email protected]

 

If you have a log of the conversation/PM to prove it, you can send that to me as proof.

Its not his fault the members he deals with end up being banned.
