Disabling Thing's At Startup.

    OK I know this is possible but I just forgot to do. I want to disable progams that start when the window starts up. EX: Aim poping up
    I know you go to run> and type something. I want to disable things because I want my startup to be faster and smoother .

    Start>run> type msconfig click the startup tab

    pop in windows CD, complete reinstall, thn only boot in under a non-administrator account

    only way to go...
