Hi. So basically i chose graphics / media for college A-levels and im worried about the future, if there is any high demand and how much they pay graphics designers... All i want to know if its an good occupation to reach for and how much they pay them. ( the lowest amount and highest amount ) Thank you.
I choose the same carreer path. For highschool college or w/e, Its growing. Average pay is 42k a year which is good. Its differnt then making tags and real art. You are doing what the person wants you to. If you dont like it and they do you really cant do anything about it
I dont recomend taking it, i was planning to take it, but most of it is revolved around drawing and some modeling, so i'm changing on enrolment.
Good graphics design is stuff like movie/DVD cover type things. If you feel youre good enough, go for it
You see 42k isnt much...or at least to me. Thats pretty much the only reason I wont choose graphics as a career, the pay is to little. But as a side job hell yes
Buddy research on your own, posting here wont help at all. Lots of things to do put together a commerical a billboard advertisement create animated films all depends on what you go into Photography, 3d modelling, animation, webdesign
mmm.. I'm planning to be a Graphic Designer, or just take it as a Side Job. I dunno, but.. It seems, there's High Demand for Doctors & Nurses, medical stuff, etc.
42 grand are you kidding u can make way more than that it depends on how good u are and where you live people in NY can make from 60- 100 thousand doin web design....do the resaerch on the web u shall see.............If you dont believe me look here http://swz.salary.com/salarywizard/layouts...&choosesignup=0

it all depends on how good you are on how much you'll make, besides if your single and make 42k a year that's a good income
