Yeah but see it's your opinion. That's whats great about our country is that we can form our own opinions without getting in trouble for it. When IS the right time? There really is no specific right time, the reality is is that the movie is out NOW, so we should deal with it in that perspective. For the people who say it's too soon and say they find it offensive to be out this soon, simple solution. Don't See It.
I hope to see it, and I'll probably cry. I even cried during Click, but that got said towards the end!
Doesn't appear to be in any Irish Picture Buildings of sorts yet, so I'll have to resort to evil ways of obtaining it.
I commented on this in another thread, but I have no intention to see this. The real thing was more than enough for me. I'm sure I'll watch it one day, but maybe in about ten years or so.
I was on the roof of the hospital where I work in Brooklyn, but it's not very far from lower Manhattan....Close enough for the debris cloud to drift overhead. But I did see the entire collapse from start to finish. Later that night, I had to drive my cousin home (who lives in Williamsburg, across the water from Lower Manhattan) The dust was so thick, it was if Manhattan wasn't even there. Half of the Brooklyn Bridge just disappeared into the debris. I still can't shake the sight of it or the way I felt from my mind.
