    I never remembered getting a negitave. But I have 8. I am happy about it but still, came out and being honest

    It's just a bug in the system, multiple users have reported the same problem in the past.

    it sucks btu sadly theres nothing you can do about it, many people have it including me. Its a FAQ and maybe if its not already there it should be added. Also maybe members when they 1st join should recive a email from Shaggy (Automatically sent, not personally) with the FAQ and a welcome message in it.
