I was trying my luck in accessing MegaUpload's download if I can get into the 150 assigned slots , I don't live at US or something... I was pretty lucky , got in , started to initiate the download ... until I found out that I downloaded too much stuff and had to wait for 106 minutes. My IP is currently 10.0.0.1 , which I think got resetted. Before that , it was something that started with 162. The IP address atated there is the exact same one. I didn't had this IP address until I used a program to play LAN with my friends. It's " GG-Client ". Before I had that .. my IP used to start with 192. , and always like that for a year. I don't think I use a share proxy , although Rapidshare never worked. Anyone know how to reset my IP back to original?
are you downloadin' from megaupload....???....if so i know a site...where you can download megaupload without goin' to the megaupload site...and you dont even need to get into the assigned 150 slots...
the 10.x.x.x is not a valid IP address. IT is normally used for internal networks or for subdomains. Same with your 192.x.x.x address. IF you have the 192.x.x.x address your going through a router. The only way to change your IP is for your ISP to change it, normal ISP's have you on a cycle where thye will refresh your IP to a new one, but every ISP is different. D t R a X-I hope you aare not mentionng anything illegal, I wouldnt want to have to click the ban button.
^^ Exactly what he said. Any 192.xx.xx.xx IP is you local IP Address, much different from you WAN IP address. Hydrogen, doesn't being a Mod give you the access to see a posters IP? What does it say for him?
When I check the Local Area Connection Status ... Physical Address : 00-11-5B-B3-D2-96 Address Type : Assigned by DHCP IP Address : 10.0.01 Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway/DHCP Server/DNS Server : 10.0.0.138 When I go to various sites to check IP , its " 165.21.154.116 " , but I've never recognized it before. It used to be 192.... I use a router yes. So does it mean that my ISP recently changed it for me? I don't have to ask the ISP to change it back right? Because it would actually cost money to do it (no j/k) @ Hydro: D t rax was discussing with me about that too ... but I don't of it myself. We were discussing on PM about me buying the link from him. He asked for 100 creds at first but I wouldn't pay that much and he even lowered to 35 creds + a rep but I didn't really care.
its legal hydro....that site is made by a friend of mine...he scripted it....that when you paste your megaupload there...you will not get into the assigned 150 slots....there's no illegal there...for example you didn't use this scripted site...you will get into the assigned slots....but with these script you will not....there's no illegal there... @ Ultima Bahamut... i think that wasn't me...coz my cousin knows my pass.....i only use 1 password at any site...even my email....i didn't think he'd say that to you... i will change my password now....im really sorry..hope you understand...
men...my friend took so much tym on scripting that one...can't give you it for free...my friends and I are the only ones using this site....
Wow, it really sounds like you didn't send that PM. You did it, don't bull---- us. Ultima. Look at where you checked your ip. "'Local Area Connection Status" That is obviously going to give you your Local IP. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:165.21.154.116 any chance you live in singapore? What type of router do you have? and EDIT: ROFLMAO, banned.
OK, within your network (computers attached to the router), devices use the 192.x.x.x IP addresses to communicate. Thats only between devices on your network. Outside your network, I.E. the internet, you use a different IP address (something other than 192.x.x.x or 10.x.x.x). Your looking at your network IP. Those IP sites will show you what your outside "on the internet" IP is.
If you have a Linksys router, go to the "Status" page, and that will give you your IP (not including the proxy that your ISP is using.) If you go to a place like whatismyip.com, they are going to give your ISP's proxy IP.
