i've sent the money for a premium member account... and when i've came back from the paypal site, nothing has changed... i've sended an e-mail to contact any part of the staff of GR... and no answers... that was about 3 days ago or more...
There is no problem with my paypal account... even i've received the transaction e-mail and checked out with my bank... and the money was sent...
A lot of people have been having this problem, Shaggy needs to go in and do it manually for some reason sometimes. Just wait on him.
Did you pay by eCheque through Paypal? If so, then you'll need to wait for Paypal to clear the payment and send it. You can check if the payment has been cleared in your Paypal account. Note that even if the money has been sent from your bank account, the payment may have not yet been cleared by Paypal.
