To make a functional game in c++ and with your knowledge no offense, it will take you 2 years alone to learn c++ to the point to create a game yourself and another 6 months just to debug your code and you would have to put your face in the books everyday trying to learn C++. Not to mention all the visual aspects and other information you will need to find out.
I can't say i know anything about it but one of my relatives is a game translater. (japanese to english)
