Need Help Asap!

    Ok people in my site (admin cpanel) i want to install a new skin (ipb)

    But i get this error:

    IPB WARNING [2] move_uploaded_file(/home/ryan/public_html/Core/uploads/ipb_skin-bluesoluti.xml): failed to open stream: Permission denied (Line: 464 of /sources/lib/admin_functions.php)

    IPB WARNING [2] move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move \'/tmp/phpvuk2dy\' to \'/home/ryan/public_html/Core/uploads/ipb_skin-bluesoluti.xml\' (Line: 464 of /sources/lib/admin_functions.php)

    Can you please help me it says something with permissions.
    But i already chMOD admin_functions.php to 0777..

    Gotta CHMOD a few folders to install a skin properly.

    style_images
    uploads
    skin_cache

    After those are CHMODDED it should install right. If not, let me know and I will look into it.
