Fire Emblem

Any one here ever played any of the Fire Emblem Series???? I have and there sick!!

 

yeah i love the fire emblem series...

they're great rpgs.... my favorite will have to be the first on on USA gba..... sacred stones was allright but i didn't care for the storyline.... and i haven't played the gamecube one yet.... though it looks good

 

Waaaugh! FE is probably my favorite series. ^_^

And like Canvasch, the first was also my favorite. It was VERY difficult; especially on hard mode. You really had to be on your A-game for hard mode, and most chapters took about an hour+ to beat because you were forced on defense the WHOLE time.

FE:SS, although very fun, was just too easy. I guess it would have been harder if I hadn't upped all my units to level 20/20 in that tower.

I also don't have a GCN, but I'm anticipating the Wii's installment very much. Maybe when I get my Wii I'll buy Path of Radiance.

The series was good, now I got kind of bored of it.

First one was amazing, 2nd one was too easy with that tower.. even on hard. One mission on hard though took me AGES to beat.

I have the GC one, but I think it was the worst of the 3 personally. They cheaped out on the animations.

 

Ok guys, i am accually tyger on a different account, dont gotta believe me but rate them which ones do u think were the best.

Ranked:

1st: The first one
2nd: Path of Radiance
3rd: SS (too easy)

I Beat Like Each Of The Gameboy Ones Like 12 Times (I Don't Have a GAmeCube For Path of Radiance) I Made Sure I Had Absolutely Everything.

 

You should get gamecube, not just for path of radiance, but theres some pretty good series on that, like tales of synphonia, amazing game. and lots more

 

I want a GCN, but I'll just wait until I get a Wii so I can play GCN games then...

I'd rate them as FE 1 (in North America, not including Japanese series) the best, and FE:SS second. I wish I've played PoR...


FE 1's storyline was amazing, and hard mode had me pulling my hair out. I didn't even feel compelled to play Ephriam's mode after I beat Erika's on FE:SS, but I'll force myself to one of these days.

FE:SS, you have to admit, would be quite difficult if you wouldn't use the Tower. Also, another thing about FE:SS was that almost EVERY unit had amazing stats. I think that also made it a lot easier because you could use basically any unit that would make the chapter easier without a second thought.
