Inactive Crewmembers

This site is too much leaning on a couple of people who are active, when it has a pretty large crew.

Lets see the crew list:

Shaggy - He was only active a couple of days after he bought GR, after that, i never saw him on, never responds pm's etc.

BiG_Dave - Inactive
GR Bot - n/a

BFTP - Active
Blackfuse - Inactive
G72 - Quite Inactive
Gurly - Not really active
HydrogeN - Not really active, but active enough
LoGiCaLyImPaIrEd - Not really active, but active enough
Renagade - Active
SwAT - Active

Sectional Mods
DraveN - Pretty Active
Marforce - Not really active, but active enough
Red Alert - Not really active but active enough

Cant judge because im never on Irc

Imo, a couple of the crewmembers should be kicked out, and some active members should be promoted, because this crew i just so big, and yet there isn't really "happening" much on staff side

yeah, I think some of the extremely active members here should be on staff, at least then there'd be activity then

 

Some of the people you listed above are quite active in my opinion.
Hydrogen and Logically are very active, I see them post everyday and Red Alert is one of the most active staff I have seen.

 

I think Hydrogen is more active than you think he is.

but other than that, I would have to agree with some of the things stated.

 

Admins:

Shaggy - Not that it's your business, but lets say he has a "new family member arrival". Alongside family issues.
Llamaman - College. Very busy, its why he sold GR.
BiG_Dave - He is definaly not doing anything anymore..He left GR.
GR Bot - n/a

Blackfuse - Inactive

So yes, a bunch of inactive. Just thought I would point a few of your things out.

 

it really annoye sme that the Admins are never online you should promote some for being a admin:
example:
2 weeks ago i got banned but shaggy only unabbned my account not my ip..

i mean its been 2 weeks ago Admin is a MUST to be active...

ya... even if shaggy is having issues he should do something about it and promote some global mods to admin and push some people up and recruit some new staff members that we know will be active.

having no admins that are active is just really really really bad

 

Well, what can I say? Its his forum, he runs it how he wants.

 

I agree with the list. Except Girly, Logic, and G72. G72 just recently became inactive, for reasons that you don't need to know. Logic is active and Girly is active, but she doesn't post much. She does her job.

I've already brought all this up three times to the staff.

 

Wow, im inactive? So I guess all the rep abuse, threads I close, people I suspend/ban every day, dont count? Not to mention, im in IRC almost 24/7.

I fail to see how im inactive. I am on every single day, dealing with different things. I just dont post as often, unless im handling issues or posting in a topic that interests me. I'm defienetly not some random poster.

As for the others...

Llama = Handling college business
Shaggy = Just had a baby, babys cry, whine, and are very needy when they are first born, and takes ALOT of time.

4nubis = no comp (or internet cant remember which) at the moment.
BFTP = Just got back from his out of town vacation.
Blackfuse = Handling Premium Tutorial reviews if im not mistaking
G72 = Handling some real life stuff that as stated is no ones business.
Gurly = On these forums every day
Hydrogen = Same as me
Renagade = Same as me
Swat = Same as me

Draven = Active
Marforce = Sectional thats in charge of the IRC section. Hes on every day as well. And very good about handling issues involving IRC.
Red Alert = Also active

IRC Mods = Active, except Dark who is out of town on vacation.

PTReview = Ran by blackfuse

Apopocalypse = Also active

No offense. But I think perhaps you need to correct your facts before you post false information. Not only do I not appreciate being told im not active, when I am on here every day, and check in multiple times during the day/night as well. But I am sure the rest of the staff who are active, also dont appreciate being told they are inactive. That or those staff who are currently on vacation at the moment, kinda hard for them to be on GR while their out of town.

This site runs pretty damn well. Granted a few things are slow being handled, but not everything. And yes, we are looking into taking measures to getting more of us limited acp access. We thought we had a solution before, and that didnt work out, so we are working on a new solution to doing so.

Problems/complaints get handled in a fairly timely manner, rep abuse gets handled almost immediately most of the time. Threads get closed rather quickly if their inappropriate. People get banned/suspended quite often every day for various things.

For such an inactive staff...we sure do seem to be right on top of things. I realize you wherent trying to offend anyone, but I am slightly offended being told im inactive when im here every day, and do quite a bit for this site. In fact, I do just as much as those you listed as active. Perhaps we aren't seen on at the same time, I don't know, but im far from inactive...as are alot of the staff that you listed.

well I think the only ones nielz was wrong about was you and hydrogen. ppl must be on long vacations though, because I haven't seen some of these people in a long time
