    Heyas, im new at making sig's and stuff... and i was wonderin...

    what is the easiest way to get away the background on a pic ?

    welcome here..well basic is the brushing..go to tutorials section read some great tuts about it and you can start experimenting..GL :)

    yes.. i've read a tut but how do i get the background of a pic away ?

    thats called rendering
    look at sum tuts on rendering in the tutorial section

    Offcourse you can cut it out with the lasso tool in photoshop.
    but that is quite anoying to do and its kind a stupid.
    Since hteir is something in the filter menu called extract.
    That works fine.

    The best way tough is to get a 3d program and make a model yourself and color it in.

    You can even make renders in programs like AutoCAD (2002 and higher).
    But those aren't realy made for what you need.
    So i recommend you to take blender 3d or if you have the money for it.
    Lightwave is quite perfect.

    Yeah it's called rendering. There are a few tutorials on how to render. Just use the search button at the top. Search "render" in the tutorials section.

    but is lighwave a 3D program ? i mean a program so i can make my own pictures ? :P

    *Regular lasso tool... ?
    *Polygon lasso tool... ?
    *Magnetic lasso tool.. ?

    a lot of people use the polygonal lasso tool

    yep polygonal lasso tool. Click to set points so you dont need a steady hand :D

    Yes Lightwave is a 3d rendering program. Ive seen people make krazy ass 3d cars in there :eek: They loook so real !
