Look at this kid. Every single rep he has given out is negative, and all except one are because someone -repped him.
I voted two, but I have an idea for 3. People with negative reputations can't negative rep someone, and people who have been -repped cannot re-neg-rep them like evreyone does (Sinful) unless talking to a moderator which enables it.
even tho the rep system can be abused it's still giving some pretty good results, -rep is no biggy (i hven't noticed alot of people who give a dam really) but still if it can be improved why not? removing it tho is just too extreme
