Reducing Animation...

    Is there any possible way to reduce this

    to 35kb and keep any margin of quality?
    (If anyone can get it down there and not have it in grayscale also please let me know.)

    I am using serif photoplus because photoshop is too expensive for me...
    Does anyone know a way on serif to reduce this any lower?

    To do what you want you will need to get Adobe ImageReady. Which comes with Photoshop. Get ImageReady 6.0 or something.. It's not expensive.

    So there is no way to do it with my current setup?
