Did that now i got a new prob.. Any suggestions??

Ive been making a gif and the speed of it in imageready is shocking. Its very very laggy and sluggish. Even when the movie file is fast. Any ideas or alternate programs to speed up the fps?

When you open the movie file it gives you an option for how many framse you want to take. If you choose every 4th frame or something it will go much faster.
