is it cos of the dot or the apostrophe in my name, if so, can it be change by admin, or do i have to by another namechange?

You have special characters in your name. change your name and it will work.

I managed to send a PM to you the other day, but when trying to reply it won't work now. The apostrophe disappears, I put it in and it still says member could not be found.

If it doesn't work due to the characters in your name, you will most likely get the free item name for free.
Ask a moderator to give you a certain amount of credits that it costs for the name change so you can buy it.

Somewhere close, but possibly far, **** you.
Have the senders copy and paste your name in the shop and send creds

You are at this point hosed! You need to PM an admin. I tried giving you credits to get the name change, but it wont go through. So your only option is to PM an admin and they can change it manually in ACP.
