Me and HydrogeN are teaming up to make a new Graphics forum / franchise. We need your help! We are looking for a Logo! Here is the information that you need to know:

Prize(s):

• 1,300 Credits
• OR
• Premium Membership + 300 Credits
• OR
• $5 PayPal USD + 300 Credits

Logo Information

• Must have SOMETHING with the letters ME (MasterEffects)
• 3D OR 2D is welcome. 3D is preffered, though not by much.
• Logo Color MUST have the color: #6CB6EF, or atleast something very similar to it. The only other logo color(s) allowed are: Black, Dark Gray, Medium Gray, Light Gray, White, Light blue, neon blue, or any shades of gray/blue.
• Does not have to have the words: MasterEffects in it.
• Must have a TRANSPARENT background.
• Must be made in a large size, so it can be shrunk down to any size needed. Does not have to be made in Illustrator, can be made in any program(s) you wish.

-This contest ends in approximately a maximum of 5-6 days. If we choose a logo within 1-2 days of this conest, we will add in another 50 credits!
-Winner gives logo PSD Full Rights, and has no rights of selling, using, etc.

So, you want practically some text with some cool effects on it, and make it have a transparent background?

Is that a logo?

A logo is a SYMBOL that shows what the site is. Logo examples:

Nike - Black Check
Addidas - Stripes
K-Swiss - Badge thing
MasterCard - orange/red circles

Etc.. BUT, if you include the letters "ME", you dont just "add effects" after making that with a "cool" font. It must somehow be intertwined with a symbol or something. I cannot help you there, the posibilites and ideas are endless, and it is up to you.

Here are two quick warm-up entries from me. Tell me if they are what you are looking for so I know what to do for the next ones I make.

 

Very nice first entries. These are just MY opinions. HydrogeN will be on tomorrow morning giving you HIS. As far as my opinions, not a bad start. Though I am looking for a bit more meaning, maybe the letters "ME" used in some way per say, but as far as that, not bad at all. Though, the "mastereffects" text is horrible. I know, its optional.. But just giving you my opinion.

And remember, you may have as many entries as you want.
