    ok i done a sky dive last week and i want to cut parts out and change the music in the background but i dont know how to because its in a format i dont know off..

    I know that Windows media player opens .vob files, so try windows movie maker (it's limited, but if all you want to do is cut parts and add music then it's all you need)

    if u could send me the video file u have a pic of i could convert it to an avi. mpeg, or mp4 format... for a small price, so then you'd be able to edit it

    VOB's and IFO's are used for DVDs. Incase you still cared about what the file format was. Simply google like DVD to MPEG converter, or something.
