Sectional Moderators are not guranteed a spot as Global Moderator. The qualifications for Global Moderator are stricter then those of Adminstrator - since the owner of GR can hire anyone he wishes as Admin, but Global Moderators are voted on by the fellow g-mods. If an Adminstrator hired a Global Moderator without consultant from g-mods, your liable to see the largest strike known :)

I can honestly say as of right now, there is nobody I can think of qualified to be a Global Moderator. When we all agree on someone, they will be hired.

The staff agrees with my thoughts on the subject, nobody currently qualified to take the position. No real need for Global Moderators right now, a bulk of the work is being held up by a single Adminstrator.

Erm, maybe assign one of the Global Mod to become an admin, if Shaggy agrees, then get another Global. ?

But that's not fair, Shaggy is barely on. But I guess he owns the site now. Well, this has been a good discussion. :) Nice suggestion Dior.

Not fair? He bought GameRenders, if I were in similar shoes - I would not even promote my own brother to Adminstrator without complete sureness that he'd do a good job. Do you realize how much damage can be done when someone has ACP access? Do you realize how much GR stands to lose if the wrong person is chosen, or the person chosen has a weak password? Takes only 30 seconds to eliminate every topic/post on GR.

I didn't mean not fair. I mean like, "this sucks" because it was a great idea. ;)

    Sorry,
    Aiden.
