    that's a pretty dumb thing to sue over... I mean what, now you have to include every race when making a movie?

    If I am not 100% wrong I belive that some of the orcs actually were of different races. Due to all the makeup and etc. you could'nt see the difference. Oh well, I've only seen 1 black guy in Harry Potter too so why don't they sue them?
    The movie industry is a mysteri.. Simple as that.

    This is just full of racism and flaming, closed.

    And for the record, nothing has to be 'accurate' to that time period because I don't believe there we're elves or orcs in that fictional time period.
