Using Thunderbird For Email

    alright guys i have a question

    i am setting up thunderbird and i was trying to set up my email

    [email protected] but for some reason it doesnt work

    when i send mail it says smtp connection failed

    and i would be thankful if any one could help me thanks

    Is SMTP security forced on your server? If not make sure the SMTP port is 25

    Is POP3 secutiry enabled on this server? If not, make sure the POP3 port is 110

    Can you post screenshots if that didnt help?

    well its on cpanel so where could i get that info ?

    Mail->Settings or sumthin like that
