You can't that's the point,everybody has a tag in there sig witch says EARN REP!!!
so i guess that if peeps think u did a good job or they like your tuts or think your a nice guy then they decide to rep you.

in the beginning i asked for rep to but don't do that anymore if they want to rep me they do it otherwise they don't.
