Hi guys. Will probably get flamed with "-----" remarks since that seems like the cool thing to do @ GR but oh well. Found this on another forum, and has to be one of the nicer videos I've seen in a while. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjPrL3n63yg If you want to read more about this remarkable father and son, visit their site at www.teamhoyt.com Summary for the lazy: The son is born paralyzed but wants to partake in physically daunting triathlons with his aging father. The dad is able to compete with his son by pushing his wheelchair and towing his raft, etc. which results in a very touching example of a father's unconditional love for his son. Video is a montage of clips from different events they've participated in. This is what a dad should be like. The power of true love is amazing. It's hard enough to complete a triathalon without a "burden" like this. But love drives him ever onwards to do this for his son. And he has done this for 25 years. The father was far from being athletic at first... yet worked hard for his son, even in his old age. He runs a world-class marathon time while pushing his son. Simply amazing. I have a feeling the father will outlive the son, which isn't bad at all. He will always be there for his son.
Speechless Merged Post: makes you think hu ? people get into arguements about silly little things, while there i people who are really unlucky who still spend their lives enjoying themselves.
Yeah, it's good that even though he's in a wheelchair he's still managing to do stuff with the help of his dad.
I'm not usually a cryer...and I tried not to but that seriously brought tears to my eyes. That's an inspiring father-son relationship.
Please, kill yourself, if you're trying to be a troll, it isn't working, you fail so gtfo lol -- Anyways, I'm not one who normally gets teary from watching a video, but this one takes the cake, takes true love to have a dad that would do that.. And emo's think they got it hard <_<
