I bought something on eBay for $14.50. With S&H it was like 16 something. So he wasn't happy with the ending bid so he won't sell it?

4 weeks? more like 4 buisness days max , go to the resoloution center , look next to the case and click on resolve , and just put this on:

i sold him a virtual item

in both blanks , since buyer disputes only cover physical items , and you will get your money back , but if he DOES have the right to fill a claim , well thin , i guess i just helped you scam
