Agreed. Added groups for a single purpose = no.

 Would make sense the first foum i was on, had like 10+ staff online, this wasnt a n00b fourm it was filefronts, Many advanced mods/admins with lots of experiance and hardline modding. The ratio of mods to members was very high.

Having loads i think imo is beter, cos 1) I like having many members of staff brings abouy more relations

    2) Much Much faster PM responses. I understand how much activity on this forum but more would be good :)

    3) general spam/ stuff would be kept downm Not saying u guys aint doing a good job alread :P

    just suggestions

You won't see anymore then ten Global Moderators at any time on GR, unless we reach the point of 250,000 members.

Can you point to an example of where the response time was 'slow' on something? A bulk of the time, things are handled within 15 minutes or at least forwarded to shaggy to handle because we do not have access to handle it.

Since i've never seen something like, I'd assume it was handled quite quickly - since I'm one of the most active buyers in there.

One incident is all you name? I rest my case ;) Regardless of how many people are on the GR staff, we still rely on members reporting things. A bulk of the things you may see waiting for a Global Moderator to respond to, is something that was never reported.

I'm on practically everyday except Sundays for at least 5 hours. ;)

I would be more than happy to be a 'Sectional Mod' for Signatures and Large Pieces.

    That about raps it up.

Yeah but seriously BFTP (and all other mods), it wouldnt hurt with an extra mod or two?

The "10-Mod-Spot" should be a dead barrier. Unless, as BFTP said, it hits over 250,000 members, I think 10 is just fine. Although, as you know, there are only 9 right now.. So technically speaking, "1 more woulden't hurt".. But I am sure it is much more beneficial for the staff to just upgrade a sectional moderator to Global, than to pick one out of the crowd..Unless you are superb in some way.
