Any Way To Hook Up The 360 To The Computer?

    Im trying to hook up my brotehr xbox360 to my computer so I can play it off my monitor anyone know how? I use a Nvidia 6800 GS if that would help.

    uhh i think u need vga cables (correct me if im wrong)

    then connect the cables from the xbox to the moitor.

    also, tehres a tutorial somewhere on the xbox website

    Well I cant hook it to my monitor its justa reglar lcd with just that end to go into my video card.

    I have the s-video thing that plugs into the video card but I dont know how to change settings so I use the monitor for the 360 as well as my computer.

    What the hell. You want to plug your xbox into your video card then into your monitor. Huh? If you want the xbox to play off the monitor, your video card has nothing to do with this...

    hes just saying that he has the connections in the back of his graphics card, and though there might be a way, but you will need to buy and adapter, as said before, and there is another topic on this

    You want to make a bet? Iv'e done it before with the regualr xbox I just forgot how. i want to plug it into my video card so I can play it off of my monitor.

    but why not just plug the xbox into the monitor? you dont need the video card for this

    Well maybe if you have money to burn. If the 360 was mine then id probably spend the money to get an adapter. Also you can make it look better if you hook it directly to the computer.

    You are all wring...

    Buy a TV Tuner PCI card for your PC. I use one, they range from $30 to $200...you only need the $30 software-based one

    There is a RCA-style (thats what you want) video input jack on the card (I have a Hauppague WinTV GO). Plug the xbox in here. Open the TV-watching app, and set it to display the composite input. Have fun with the xbox :P
