its not really full rights if u dont get psd....

Yeah, maybe he's not familiar with the terms.

Full Rights = You cannot sell it, we own full rights with it... and you give us the PSD, we can re-sell it, etc.

 

I wouldn't pay 150 for something where I wouldn't get full rights :S
