Here's how I look at it. With all the un-healthy food in America, the only way NOT to get fat is to continually exercise everyday. I mean, when a little bag of cheetos has 14g of fat...maybe people should stick to Subway [RIGHT JARED]

I'm actually part Cherokee, maybe that's why I can eat a Triple Whopper and gain no weight :D

I'm British... never understood why Americans think of us like that :\

And this isn't really surprising, considering a lot of places in America have at least 2-4 McDonalds every square mile.

heh, i'm also trying to gain weight, I'm around 5'8, 5'9ish and weight around 135-140ish(which is good because i Hvae a rather light frame) been stuck at this range for a while...

up from around 95ish same height. BIG improvement. I went from people accusing me of being anerexic to peopel asking if I do steroids. Even had a chick as if I use creatine(which i ahven't yet though I plan to cycle it in a bit) Was at the mall today and saw some friends talking to some chicks I didn't know they asked me to flex and said I had large arms. No clue if that was set up though, I think it might have been no clue though.
