The 2 do match up very well, exact same size boxes, things that are differerent 1. The tribal on the top content box 2. The fonts 3. The corners of the navigation bar - however this looks like it has been erased and redone, as he has gone over them with black rather than a softer line. 4. Their are no bevels on stuff Their are so many likenesses and I am not taking any sides however look below at how similar stuff is 1. The background color is the same #505050 2. The grey line at the top is almost exactly the same (a couple of grades off) 3. Almost every part of the design including color samples matches You have to admit they are so similar However i rufuse to be part of any flaming etc, So i will say nice banner Daz
