afew clan sites have been defaced by islamic hackers. Just get your hosters to get a backup and restore?

nah,i don't think that's possible. they wouldn't hack for islam,i think it's someone that hates them and wants to give them trouble.
They should always keep a backup of their site documents. Either on their computer, or absolutly know that their hosting company keeps backups. If they don't, then they diserved to get hacked And one thing, I can't figure out if this is your actual site, or just one you use?
I was wondering the same. I can't access the site right now (unno why) but HOPEFULLY you keep a backup, if not, hopefully your host does, if not, then your screwed unless you have console access and are really good with servers...
you have to make backups of you database weekly, cause in some cases Hosters have no more backup either
