So, I was looking at some capture cards today, and I've been looking into the Dazzle Digital Video Creator 80. It's fairly cheap, and I don't want to do much with it, just record some videos of my video games and convert some of my VHS home tapes to DVD. I've read some reviews on it, and it doesn't sound like it's good at all. People are reporting low framerates and other various problems... So what I'm asking is, can anybody recommended a decent USB capture card to me for around $70 or less? I don't want PCI, so scratch that... And another thing, if I'm recording videos of my video games, does the quality turn out better if I use a computer with better specs?
