if you look in the first topic, eXp3rT PwnZ has been sold that sig for full rights from Sniper001 he says. i'm confused as to who owns the true full rights.

mind posting the topic you got it from? because Broken may have just slapped on a text layer. if he did, i want a refund of creds. just edit your last post so you don't get fined again. :wacko:

 

Guys, Ive got 50- rep and 2000+ posts, Im not ripping nor scamming, I bought it from someone who was a regular at MY old graphics forum, I bought about 14 sigs, and re sold them all to Hero-X

 

just checked the dates and i bought these from BF a while before Sniper sold them. i don't think i've sold it to anyone for LR and even if i did, it would have the BrokenFaith text on it (then agian, they could just hide layer)

i made it. lol, i made most sigs in sniper's auction, not sure if that helps at all. just wanted to say.

So you made it a few days ago? Or you just sold it a few days ago?

Brokens topic was posted the 12th, and snipers yesterday...So it seems that Broken had the psd before sniper.

 

I hope that quote answers everyones questions because .Fatal says he was the one who made it and was the one who sold it to me.

I just bought this PSD from .Fatal 2-3 days ago. He was sellin it as a pack with a few more tags.

If you need more proof than what .Fatal is saying himself, try and get a hold of Embrace, he was going to buy this same pack I bought.
The topic was in Offers/Requests, and he was selling his whole photobucket for 1000 credits.

it doesn't have the picture anymore, but if you read the topic, it talks about a matrix sig. i remembered bidding on this before but not getting it and i'm pretty sure that's the topic, as you can see. BrokenFaith won the auction. which means .fatal auctioned it off to BrokenFaith. so if he did sell it to Sniper001. that would mean he sold it twice for full rights.

that was back on the 23rd of June. it seems maybe .Fatal sold it to BrokenFaith and to Sniper001 and that's where the problem is.

 

You bought it a few days ago, yet broken had it up on the 12th? the math dosn't add up!

 

ive made a few "matrix" sigs, and broken said he bought it on another forum, but il look and see if i can find a .jpg or .psd of the matrix i sold that day too, because the one i sold to sniper used newer techs that i just learnt from a tut that i bought like last month.

Edit: i said week instead of month, i bought the tut around the 14th

 

well, i know i've bid on it before. it may not have been you that sold it that time, but i know i've bid on it another time. and i'm pretty sure that's the one, i'm asking broken right now but he's Away on AIM.

 

hmmm, so lets say that that was the same sig, is there any possible way i could fix this? because if it was ythe same, m so sorry for the people involved in this mess, i normally delete sigs after i sell them off my pb, buti m ight have missed this, maybe il buy your sig underdog and it will be fine?

i just binned 13 on ur auction underdog, dont send me the .psd, and now expert has it for FR.

only problem is, sniper still owns, or at least thinks he owns, full rights. so that wouldn't fix half of it.

 

yes it would, he now owns it, but he sold it to expert i think
