A topic at each forum where forum members suggest who they think should be their 5 people. To keep it fair, restrictions should be put into place. (Lets call the people deciding on the sigs 'voters', people deciding on the voters 'users'). Users may not suggest a voter: who is one of the designers. who has less than 500 posts. who has a reputation lower than X (Rene, you come up with this number). who has not been at their respective forum for less than X days (again, rene you can come up with this). who is themself who is another variant of themself (different username). (if user found guilty of doing this, have heavy fine) Users suggesting a voter: must not be a designer. must have at least 500 posts. must not have a reputation lower than X (rene, you know the drill) must have been a member of their respective forum longer than X (" ") can only choose one voter (this is to insure quality, and that the person puts thought into their choice, and doesn't just throw a bunch of names out there) In the topic, people would use the format Suggestion Reason And then nothing more than that, to allow the mods to easily sort through the topic. A notice should be put in a place stating posts not following that format, or posts with extra erroneous information that clutters the thread will possibly not be counted, perhaps removed, or in extreme cases the user be fined. The reason should make sense, and provide their view on their choice, but be brief and to the point. Nothing longer than three sentences. Another notice should be put in place at the beginning of the thread stating that people who do not meet the requirements to suggest a voter are NOT allowed to post within the thread, along with people who are not contributing a suggestion. Posts that violate that would be removed, and the user fined. (In the efforts to reduce clutter in the thread.) If a mod feels that a suggested person would be cause of problem or be biased, then they have the right to nullify it. In the ends, mods (or volunteers) would run through the topic and tally up the suggestions. Hope the idea would works, feel free to nitpick. Of course, this would require cooperation from both sides, and possibly a fair amount of time dedicated to it by staff or volunteers.
lol im a member on SF i have a lot of options. i will observe the forums once we get GRs approval of this battle, then i will post on each of the forums, and see which 1 is most fit to vote on this battle.
They must be taking time to find they 10 best. They have to think about it, they habve like 80 000 members. Hopefully we get this done soon, my tags ready

a mod needs to make a new thread in contest's for peopel to post nominations on members, and whoever gets to 5 nominations is in, of course the nominators must have EE's circumstaces...
