Well its choppy and text doesnt fit in there, also the picture in the frame isnt matching the rotation... Actualy there isnt much to judge yet... and i say its only 10% done.
All the lines are choppy becuase of the rotation. A vector would be much more suitable for the colors.
i give it a 6/10 for your effort....i just think it doesnt have alot....and i know its only 50% done but at 50% it should have more than it does right now
Rating something by effort put into it is a bad way to rate. Rating should be done on the final product. If someone makes something god awful (I'm not reffering to this topic), but put effort into it, that doesnt make it not god awful. The person however should be given respectful/positive feedback and critique. If i had to rate it, it would rate 1-2/10. There really isnt anything there.
