    I used Hide IP Platinum. They usually give you ip's from China and stuff.

    i have a ip changer program, i built it my self, but ill give you the link, if i can find it though, but i dont know if this is legal, maybe pm me

    To get a UK ip address, use this guide. It's also helpful for those people who want a US ip.

    I'm also looking for an IP changer, but I'm trying to get it to change to an Indian IP so I can play Gunz India (when they block all non-indian IPs). Is there any way to use a proxy when playing games? If I just make IE (or my default browser) use the proxy, will it make the game use the proxy too?
