I was going to start a website here soon, and was wandering if I may use some of the renders that people make? I will leave their copyright names on the images too, I promise.
i think these renders people "make" are just cut outs. how can they have a copy right of an image they didnt originally create?
you can use anyone's renders as long as they are displayed as free in the render forums. It wouldn't hurt to send someone credits for their hard work though just to let them know you appreciate it.
You can use them in a piece of work, yes. Not to post them on your personal site without permission from the renderer. The arguement regarding asking for permission has been done before, time and time again. Its true the only thing they have done is 'cut out' the picture - but if thats not so hard, how come you have to use someone elses render? Andrew
I got a 90+ pack i did a while ago. All premium cuts, p/m me if you want to post it on your site, seperatly or as the pack, either way.
then if u use renders and it says who made them say who made them if it does nto write unknown artist and dont say u made them
he should have made this topic to be more like who will doante renders for my site i think taht wuold have worked out pretty good... cuase thats what its turning into : D
