Need Cheapest 'best' Pc

I am on a budget.

I need a desktop that will,

Play all the lates games, allow for good multitasking, handle photoshop/c4d type of programs.

I need a VERY cheap build, or a pre built.

Under $500 if possible.

Hard but not impossible, what kind of CPU and RAM and video card do you want and hd space, i'lls ee whta i can get
